Meet Our Team

Dr. TYRICA HENDRICKS

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

tyrica hendricks

Tyrica Hendricks is the founder and CEO of the HOPE Foundation. She is a world traveler, mentor, and businesswoman. To whom much is given, much is required, is a belief that drives Tyrica Hendricks to edify everyone she
encounters. The entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author, is a trusted leader known for her ability to connect with and inspire others. Through her dynamic leadership, she meets people where they are, pouring countless hours into her passion for empowering others, specifically women and children. Many people measure success by possessions or finances, but Tyrica measures her success by the assignments that she completes daily that are given to her by God. Her desire to live a purpose-filled and driven life starts daily with her seeking God's master plan for her. Tyrica's willingness to selflessly give to others was instilled in her at an early age. Her parents and grandparents were her examples of what service to humanity looked like.
Watching her parents and grandparents serve in the community and church daily, she knew she wanted to continue that work to help other people every day (HOPE).

NICOLE FAISON

TREASURER

Nicole Faison

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Nicole began volunteer work when she was in elementary school by raising funds to support the American Heath Association.  Her passion to help others grew as she observed local underserved individuals, families and communities.  Inspired by her parents’ career in public service and nursing, Nicole pursued a career in public service and extensive volunteer work.  Serving as a board member of the county Social Services board of directors and the Director for national affordable housing programs, while managing  annual program budgets of over $5 billion well equips her to serve as the Treasure of our foundation. Nicole enjoys spending time with family and deep water aerobics in her free time.

Mr. and Mrs. George Sr. and Pam Hendricks are a huge part in the HOPE Foundation’s success since the organization’s doors opened.  They have been selfless with their resources and time. It is through their example that the founder was inspired to become a source of HOPE to those in-need.
